We provides information on purchasing apparel materials for corporate customers from Japan.

In addition to materials for clothing, we also handle materials for hats.

Hello, this is Kayaba, ApparelX News editor.

We are a trading company that mainly deals with materials for clothes, but we also handle materials for bags, hats, and other fashion accessories.

This time, I’d like to introduce you to some of the materials for hats that we arranged the other day.

1. Size Adjusting Leather Tape for Hats

This is a size adjusting tape for the back of a hat.
This time, we made it in leather at the customer’s request.

This was made by a processing shop that works with a variety of leathers.

They have a variety of die cutters for different purposes.

They can even strain the leather to the desired thickness.

The processing shop has the leather in stock, so you don’t need to arrange it yourself.

There are several types of leather available, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs and preferences.

Of course, you can also bring in your own leather for processing.

In that case, some leathers are difficult to die-cut, so ask to see the actual product first.

2. Hat Adjusting Brackets

The customer wanted a high quality hardware, so we arranged the following hardware.

It is fixed by hammering caulk into the round hole.

Since this is a made-to-order product, the minimum lot size is 300 pieces.

Plating can be done in the plating color of your choice.

Conclusion

How did you like it?

As you can see, we can arrange for a wide range of materials such as bags and hats as well as clothing.

I have experience in selling at select shop, fitting suits, and sewing in Japan. Currently, I am enjoying working with my one-year-old daughter as she grows up.
