Binder Tape: A beginner guide

You might wonder what binder tape is and what it is used for. In this article, let’s find out more details about binder tape by checking ApparelX popular binder tape!

What is binder tape?

Binder tape is a tape with a fold line in the center of the tape to facilitate folding in half, and like bias tape, it is used for fabric edge treatment to prevent fabric fraying.

It is an excellent product that allows fabric edges to be sandwiched evenly between the front and back sides of the fabric and neatly trimmed.

For example, if you want to sandwich fabric in a 9 x 9 mm size, you would use 9 mm on the front side and 9 mm on the back side.
