Hello everyone!
Finally, I can say it — Preview in Daegu 2025 has come to a close.
It was a bittersweet experience, both a little sad and incredibly enjoyable at the time.
While we’ve held exhibitions in Seoul before, I felt quite nervous about Daegu, wondering how different it might feel in a completely new environment.
But thanks to the warm welcome from so many people and the wonderful stories you shared about Daegu, I truly had an enjoyable and memorable time.
If we have the opportunity to hold another exhibition in the future, I sincerely hope to see you all again! 😊
At this exhibition, unlike the previous one, we participated with a smaller team, which left me with the biggest regret of not being able to show you as many fabrics as I would have liked.
In the past, we brought plenty of popular fabrics, including denim, natural materials, and wool fabrics.
However, this time, I noticed that many visitors were also interested in lining fabrics, nylon and polyester materials, and functional fabrics. It made me realize that we should prepare better and bring a wider variety next time.
Looking at the overall vibe, this is what our booth looked like!
Please excuse the slight mess inside…!
We really tried to keep it tidy, but it was nearly impossible to keep everything perfectly organized. Hahaha!
And when I was about to take a picture, one of our team members struck an adorable pose with a pamphlet — isn’t that just the cutest?
That’s our lovely teammate… ♥
This is the exhibition layout we designed during our team meeting before the event!
We tried to recreate it as closely as possible — do you think it looks similar?
The installation of the metal bar in the middle was completely unexpected, so we had to adapt. But since our logo color is pink, I think it actually worked out pretty well in the end!
As many of you may already know, this is our logo!
And if you look closely… yes, we even wore matching hoodies!
A lot of people complimented us, saying the hoodies were cute, and we were so grateful for all the kind words. 😊
Here’s how our booth looked from the side!
This is the exhibition booth near the entrance, from our perspective.
Since we were located near the front of Hall B, I think many people passed by our booth as they entered.
Being positioned at the corner also worked to our advantage, making it easier for visitors to notice us.
There were some amazing machines, printing and analyzing data, which was incredibly fascinating to see!
On the other side, there was an additional exhibition space, a café zone, and a seminar area all connected together.
It was laid out like a red carpet, stretching seamlessly across the venue.
It seems there was an opening ceremony on the first day, but since I was at our booth, I missed it — which was a bit disappointing.4o
In the meantime, when I heard that there were two fashion shows on the first and second days, I ran to the furthest hall, D, because I love watching fashion shows.
It was being conducted from the very inside.
It was a fashion show held by designers designing clothes with selected fabrics among the displayed fabrics.
The fashion show was held longer than I thought, so I was able to see the feel of the fabric and various designs.
Please note that the image quality may be a bit blurry due to the zoomed-in shot…!
I kindly ask for your understanding.
I’ll also be sharing the video with you!
It seems like I just couldn’t contain my excitement after seeing a fashion show for the first time in a while!
The music might be a bit loud, so please adjust the volume while watching. 😊
I heard there was an art exhibition inside, so I went to check it out, and it was right next to the café zone.
Since the artworks were made from fabric, it was especially fascinating to me.
The pieces were thought-provoking and really made me think in different ways..!
These are the booths that were located at the front!
I thought I took a lot of photos, but since I spent most of my time in the booth, I ended up with fewer pictures than I expected…!
I’m really sorry I couldn’t show you more.
However, I do have a video of the booth, so I’ll share that with you! 😊
I truly believe Preview in Daegu was a great opportunity to share all sorts of information.
While I experienced Seoul for the first time at the previous Preview in Seoul, Daegu had such a different, refreshing vibe, and I felt that the brands and overall atmosphere were distinct.
It’s like each location had its own unique strengths, if that makes sense!
Since I’m still not fully familiar with the Korean market, there are some details I may not be able to share with you just yet.
If we participate in Preview in Seoul again, I hope to meet even more people and make more connections.
